Hands of the Heart is an integrative healing practice that honors the whole body, mind and spirit. Our bodies are absolute miracles and are created to move through our journey on this beautiful planet with joy, health and radiance. If we become out of balance with our natural state, life just plain isn’t as fun as it could be. Whether your life is wonderful or it feels like it is falling to pieces, we can always create change for greater. Come just as you are and Kristina will welcome you with open arms. Kristina integrates sound healing, aromatherapy, and gentle healing touch with spiritual coaching to help guide your body back into a state of balance, flow and joy, as you are the true healer. Kristina’s goal is to both nurture clients as they choose to transform their lives, and assist in the process with her gifts of alchemy. The common thread woven into all of Christina’s offerings is simply plain old love from her heart.

My goal is to listen carefully to my clients, and then integrate my knowledge, experience and intuition into sessions that feel both nurturing and supportive.  I believe strongly that the gift of healing is innately born within each of us. My job is to support you in your own healing journey. And wow, doesn't it feel fantastic when you break through your own limitations - whether physical pain/illness and/or emotional blocks - to live with more vitality, joy and gratitude for yourself?!

However you choose to work with me, my wish is to help you remember that you are the creator of your universe. When challenges arise, you have the opportunity to make a new choice in every moment. At some point, trauma and drama are no longer interesting. That is the pivotal moment of Awakening when we start to step into our unlimited potential. What else is possible beyond our conditioned beliefs? Are you curious? I dare you to ask.

I have been having a range of body work done in Boulder for almost 40 years. Today I had the pleasure of having an extraordinary session with Christina Turco. Usually I am oriented toward structural alignment, but for this session I wanted to physically released the grief I have been feeling over the loss of my beloved wife over a year ago. No sooner had Christina touched me than the tears began to flow and I felt the grief of not only losing her, but of my parents and grandparents as well– a grief of endless losses. But as Christina worked, her soft and soothing touch opened my heart and the grief faded to a sense of gratitude and connection — gratitude for having had all of those remarkable people in my life and for the gift each gave me. I left the session relaxed and with a sense of connection and integration. It was the MOST remarkable work I have ever experienced. Transformative.
