All sessions are integrated treatments. With a wealth of healing modalities offered, booking (for either in person or remote work) is simply a matter of how choosing much time would you like to book with Kristina. Treatment could include holographic sound healing, crystal bowls, therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, essential oil consultation, spiritual coaching, energy work, Acutonics, Access Consciousness Bars, basic astrology review of your birth chart and more.
When you choose how much time to book, consider which modalities are calling for your next session. I generally recommend focusing on only one or two modalities per session. A holographic sound healing session takes 60 minutes and prefer to do those standalone. I recommend at least 90 minutes for a full body therapeutic massage. I recommend only choosing one or the other per session, and a gentle reminder that all conversations are considered part of your session time.
Most modalities can be done remotely, unfortunately except for massage haha! You will be asked when booking if you would like a remote or in person session. Whatever you choose, it is strongly encouraged to reserve time, space and hydration for your body to integrate after all sessions.
Please note that a credit card is required to reserve your time. Your card will not be charged until time of service. You will be able to pay for your session by credit card at any time by clicking on the email confirmation or email appointment reminders. You will be asked to agree to our cancellation and refund policy before finalizing your booking.
