kristina has been connected to music her whole life. she has studied dozens of forms of sound healing and settled into working with crystal bowls as the most resonant form for her. what makes kristina’s work so unique is the addition of incorporating medicinal aromatherapy into the experience. anointing each other with essential oils uplevels the experience like none other, as the bowls are amplifying the frequencies of the essences, and vice versa. the frequencies of both the bowls and the essences are inviting change in the energetic fields that may ultimately create change on the physical level. as dr. joe dispenza says, “change your energy, change your life.”
kristina’s bowls are extraordinary. they were custom designed and hand made just for her from 100% natural crystals and gemstones. the base of each of them is clear quartz (a powerful conductor of energy) and each bowl has a unique addition of other gemstones and precious metals, including obsidian, emerald, morganite, sapphire, 24 karat gold, and platinum (each adding their own unique healing and transformative gifts). although sound healing has become quite popular, her work is not for entertainment purposes. her work is quite powerful and intended for healing and possibly life transformative experiences. the power in her work is in her subtlety.
whether working with individuals or large groups, the general flow of the experience will be introductions and intention setting, anointing with essential oils (which is not necessary if you prefer not to include aromatherapy for groups as a whole or individuals in your group), having everyone lie down on yoga mats making themselves comfortable, and drifting off into a deeply relaxing meditative state while kristina plays her beautiful crystal bowls. her bowls are quite powerful and generally she plays for 25 - 45 minutes, no longer. there will be a short time of silence for integration to begin, and then she will guide everyone to come back into their bodies with a short time reserved for sharing.

kristina’s office in boulder can accommodate up to 5-6 people and online booking is available. for groups of 7 or more, more space to spread out (her office is cozy for 6 but it fits), or if you prefer for her to come to you, please see below for large groups. her office is carpeted and yoga mats are provided. you bring pillows, bolsters, blankets & eye coverings and anything else you might need so that you are super cozy and comfortable.

kristina can work with groups of any size. she can come to your location (and happy to travel near or far) or she can reserve a beautiful local studio. she can also provide her crystal bowl + aromatherapy experience within the context of a larger event that you are planning. any of these options will require coordination among your timing, her availability, and studio availability. please start this process by filling out the form below with some basic details of your interest.
total cost: $500 base fee + $10/person + studio rental fee (if applicable) + travel fee to you (if outside of boulder county).
