Come dance Planet Motion with Christina on Friday mornings!

Planet Motion is a dance/ fitness program that embraces movement styles from around the
world and encourages individual self expression. Planet Motion taps into the power of music and movement to allow your full being to emerge.

I believe that dancing illuminates the whole body, mind and spirit and EVERYONE can dance! 

My classes welcome all skills, ages and abilities and invite both a personal journey and community experience. Just be prepared to have FUN and you just might find that Planet Motion can rock your entire world!

The cost to join the 1 hour dance class: $15 (preregister online or cash at the door)

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign waiver before class starts.
Shoes are not allowed, but floor is very nicely cushioned.
