solo nurturing and transformative personal retreat for yourself? family or Friend Group Time? Weddings? Work Events? The sky is the limit in what can be created. kristina can work with you to custom design a unique and memorable experience for you as an individual or a group of friends, family and/or associates. 

a retreat is a time to step away from your normal routine to reset and recharge your energy. maybe you are seeking a quiet and peaceful moment to re-group. maybe you are seeking a way to reconnect with loved ones or bond with colleagues at work. maybe it’s a time to honor a transition in your life. it can be a time of finding clarity and setting intentions for the next chapters to come. or maybe it’s just for fun!

there is no better way of finding that quiet and peaceful pause - that space of in between - than in nature. nature reminds us that everything goes through cycles. spring, summer, fall and winter. there is a great purpose for winter. literally that quiet time is essential in order to prepare for the coming busy and abundant seasons.

although not necessary, kristina absolutely loves facilitating clients out in nature, if you desire. nature is literally the most healing place of all.

custom mix and match any combination of her offerings, for your desired duration (inside/outside, as desired):

• guided time out in nature (easy to moderate hiking and/or simply meditative time outside. she can find a way to accommodate getting folks of all abilities outside, in all seasons. Even a short moment with presence can be quite transformative.)

• crystal bowls (yes they are amazing played out in nature!)

• aromatherapy/anointing

• teaching (aromatherapy & massage coaching - inside)

• consultations and intuitive guidance

• therapeutic massage (inside)

• dance

  she can include nutritious meals to accommodate any special diet also has a network of other healers to bring in if your group is large enough and/or have other specific interests to include (yoga, art, cooking, nutrition, whatever you desire, we can create it!).

she is available to secure a beautiful space in a local studio or travel to you (near or far). her local boulder office will likely serve as home base for individuals and very small groups and for at least therapeutic massage time. costs will be determined based upon your custom designed package. generally cost starts at $500 (4 hours for an individual, minimum) + meals + studio rental cost + travel costs (all as applicable).
