Yoga mat becomes magic carpet !

Inviting you to join me for a group sound healing meditation journey in Boulder at a gorgeous yoga studio in North Boulder.

Words cannot describe the sensation of feeling the frequencies of the crystal bowls move around and through your body. Feeling the resonance of the crystal bowls paired with Christina's channeled vocal toning makes this an extraordinarily unique experience. Often this combination invites dropping into a deep meditative state, where all things are possible.

We will add in working with essential oils for this particular sound journey, with a selection of essences that will support and strengthen our sense of self love. This will be a yummy combination that should feel extra nurturing while coming out of the eclipse window. Wisdom of the earth essential oils will be available to apply as an option should you wish to do so.

Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided. Please bring blankets and/or extra pillows to keep yourself comfortable and cozy.

$30/person. Preregistration required by 5pm on the day of the event. No late entries. No refunds unless the event is cancelled.
