New Years Day Planet Motion Dance and Sacred Sounds.

Come celebrate the beginning of the New Year with Planet Motion Dance led by Kendra Howard, crystal bowl sacred sounding led by Christina Turco, community, and symbolic New Year treats. All are welcome.

Planet Motion World Dance Fitness, created by Kendra Howard of Boulder, Colorado, is a playful and transformative movement experience that taps into dance styles and music from around the world. These two elements work in synergy to create a kaleidoscope of magic, community, healing and connection for all the realms of our being - mind, body, emotion and spirit.

Following dancing, Christina Turco, healer also local to Boulder, Colorado, will facilitate a guided sacred sound journey with the crystal bowls (approximately 30 minutes). Christina has been connected to both dance and music her entire life and loves that her lifelong personal passions guided her into her path as a healer now using frequency as one of her primary tools.

We will celebrate our New Year's Day experience together with light snacks and community time to close our morning together.

Let's start off the new year with high vibrations and inner harmony!

Yoga mats provided, it is recommended to bring extra blankets as cushion and covers, a pillow, and an eye pillow for the sound journey part of our day together.
